Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS and all items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (With the exception of some herbs.) All orders will receive a tracking number to your email as well as an update when the order is fulfilled.

Once shipped, we cannot control the speed of the USPS.

If your order will take longer than 3-5 business days, we will reach out via phone, email, and/or text message.
Damaged Products
If your items have arrived damaged, please call us immediately,

Do not toss damaged items until instructed to do so. Take multiple pictures. We will help coordinate a redelivery or resolution.
Return & Exchange Policy
Barney's New Life is dedicated to your satisfaction, and we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange a product. Our return policy is designed to be hassle-free, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.
All items can be returned in person, coordinated via email or phone, 773-762-1090. All items returned will need to be unopened and in the same condition it was received. If customer would like to ship item back, customer pays shipping. Please note, there may be a restocking fee associated with returning items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returned items and preparing them for resale. We will provide you with further details regarding the restocking fee when you initiate a return. After all fees, monies will be returned back to the card used on initial payment, less shipping.

We are more than willing to exchange any unopened product. If the exchanged item is more than the original item, then customer will be responsible for the difference.
